Drains add colour to Wimborne

In a project carried out by DEED, along with Wimborne War on Waste and supported by Litter Free Dorset, artist Claire Nuttall painted two drains with artwork designed and created by Year 12 graphic students at QE School.

The project aims to highlight that throwing cigarette butts down drains can wash up and pollute the sea and poison fish and so encourage people to no longer discard their cigarettes in this way.
